-3 pounds red potatoes
-2 packages kielbasa
-1 onion
-2 tablespoons of brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar
– 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
-1 tablespoon olive oil
Cube potatoes and cook in microwave until fork tender. In skillet heat oil and saute onions until translucent add kielbasa and potatoes and cook until browned.
Stir together brown sugar,cider vinegar and mustard. Add to skillet until heated through.
