Wil’s Mediterranean Pizza
1 cup of flour
1/3 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of baking power
½ teaspoon of salt
Beat the flour, milk, vegetable oil, baking powder, and salt in a bowl until the dough leaves the side of the bowl. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; gather into a ball. Knead 10 times. Cover with a bowl; let stand 15 minutes.
Pizza (for 12” crust)
1 teaspoon of olive oil.
½ cup of pizza sauce
½ cup of mozzarella cheese
handful of garlic powder
handful of olives
3 slices of presliced black-forest ham
handful of pepperoni
pinch of cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread crust on the pan. Lightly spread olive oil over the crust. Spread sauce. Spread the garlic powder around the edge of the pizza. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, ham, olives and cheddar cheese receptively. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
