Day 3 – Advanced Training

Team members Christopher and William received advanced training from SOB’ers Bill Inman and Christopher Gunn who demonstrated chicken prep, cooking, quartering, baked beans, cole slaw and pork shoulders. Boys cooked for a group of 250 at our charter organization First Presbyterian Church of North Palm.

Day 2: Intro to Food Handling, Kitchen Clean Up

The boys arrived at 3:30 p.m. excited and anxious to find out what they would be learning and were put right to work. They enjoyed learning how coleslaw was made.
